We are looking for a versatile and experienced IT consultant to assist our business with a variety of technical tasks on an as-needed basis. We have a list of immediate one-time projects and are looking for a reliable individual we can build a long-term professional relationship with for future needs.
Immediate tasks include:
- Twilio Account Setup and Integration: Properly configure our Twilio account and ensure it is correctly integrated with our existing platforms.
- DNS Management: Review and configure our DNS settings to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Platform Integration: Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues between our various software and platforms.
- General IT Support: Provide expertise on a range of IT-related questions and tasks as they arise.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience with Twilio, including setup, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of DNS management and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate various platforms and software.
