I am looking for a smart, consistent, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me find "Treasure" in American Business Bankruptcies. You will be searching official websites to find companies that are closing and selling their assets (Software, Brands, Customers, and Buildings).
Your Goal: Find the "Gold" and ignore the "Trash."
Your Daily Tasks:
- Search: Use a list of "Magic Keywords" I provide to search 3 specific websites daily.
- Filter: Look for "Digital Gold" (Software code, Customer lists, Patents, Brand names) and "Hard Gold" (Land, Buildings, Equipment).
- The Price Test: For buildings or machines, you will compare the "Bankruptcy Price" to the "Market Price" (using eBay or Zillow). If the Bankruptcy price is 60% or less than the Market price, it is a GREEN LIGHT. If the price is too high, it is TRASH.
- Report: Fill out a simple Google Sheet with the link, the assets, and the price math.
Who You Are:
- You have a "Hunter" Mindset (You enjoy finding deals).
- You can follow very simple, step-by-step instructions.
- You are good at basic math (Division and Percentages).
- You are comfortable using Google Sheets, eBay, and Zillow.
- You can send a short daily update on WhatsApp or Slack.
Why Work With Me:
- Clear instructions provided (no guessing).
- Long-term opportunity for the right person.
- Simple, repeatable workflow.
To Apply: Please start your message with the word "TREASURE" so I know you read this. Tell me about one time you found a great discount or a "deal" online.
