We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Design Assistant / Virtual Assistant to support our team with ongoing design and light admin tasks.
The core of this role is creating beautiful, on-brand Canva templates for both Wyldform and our clients. We already have strong visual identities and brand systems in place. We need someone who can interpret those assets and turn them into polished, professional, ready-to-use social media graphics.

What you\βll be doing:
β Designing social media templates in Canva from scratch using provided brand guidelines
β Creating carousels, stories, pins, lead magnet graphics, and promotional assets
β Duplicating and adapting templates for different clients
β Occasional updates to existing designs
β Creating branded documents and presentations
Light VA support such as formatting documents, organising files, scheduling, or basic email assistance may be required.
Bonus skills (not essential):
β Familiarity with Showit
β Familiarity with Shopify
β Familiarity with Flodesk
β Experience supporting creative or marketing agencies

β Experience using Adobe
β Excellent eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy
β Ability to follow brand guidelines closely
β Fast, reliable communication
β Comfortable working independently and taking feedback
β Highly organised and detail-driven

We\βre looking for someone who can support us for a few hours per month initially, with potential to grow as our studio expands.
