We are a growing social media marketing agency working with brands across wellness, tech, and lifestyle. We focus on strategic Instagram and TikTok content that drives real results. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations and help us stay organised as we scale. This is a long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and uploading content
- Organising Google Drive and client assets
- Updating Notion boards and tracking deliverables
- Light engagement, comments and DMs
- Sending approval reminders
- Supporting outreach and admin tasks
You Are:
- Highly organised and proactive
- Strong in written English
- Familiar with Instagram and TikTok
- Comfortable using Google Drive, Notion, and scheduling tools
Bonus if you've worked with a social media agency before. Experience with automations such as Zapier or n8n is a plus, but not essential.
