We are a consulting firm seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle after-hours calls. You will receive calls from facility staff reporting problems, contact service vendors, obtain ETAs, and log everything in our system.
Hours: 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM Central Time (we may split this shift between two VAs)

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from facility staff reporting issues
- Collect required information using provided checklist
- Call assigned service vendor to report issue
- Obtain estimated time of arrival (ETA) from vendor
- Log all call details in our web-based tracking system (training provided)
- Send status updates email to facility staff
- Escalate internally if vendor does not respond
- Follow scripts and processes exactly
Requirements:
- 100% fluent English (speaking and writing) - you will speak with Americans
- Professional phone manner - calm, clear, confident
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet environment for phone calls
- Ability to follow detailed checklists and scripts
- Accurate data entry skills
- Available for consistent scheduled hours (this is not flexible/on-demand work)
- Responsive to messages during shift
Nice to Have:
- Experience with dispatch, call centre, or customer service
- Experience in facilities management, property management, or trades
- Familiarity with ticketing or tracking systems
