Project Description – Ultra Minimal 3-Floor Residential Building (AlUla)
I am developing a real 3-floor residential building in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. This is a real development project that will proceed to a licensed local architectural office after concept approval. Accuracy and regulatory awareness are essential.

- Plot Area: 550.5 sqm
- Zoning: R3 – Residential Medium Density 1
- Max FAR: 1.2 (Maximum GFA 660.6 sqm)
- Target GFA: Under 600 sqm (strict internal control)
- Lighting Zone: LZ2
The design must fully comply with zoning limits and lighting regulations.
Architectural Direction
Ultra Minimal Desert Monolithic Architecture. Key principles:
- Clean, monolithic massing
