We're building a creator program for Bullpen, a crypto trading and prediction markets platform with 176K+ users. We need UGC creators who can produce short-form vertical videos (Instagram Reels / TikTok style) on an ongoing basis.
What you'll be making:
- Second selfie-cam style videos reacting to, explaining, or showing off platform features - Think: "I just found a whale who put $50K on [event]" or "Day 3 of turning $100 into $1,000 on prediction markets"
- Authentic, high-energy, face-on-camera — not polished ads
- We provide hooks, talking points, and creative direction. You bring the personality.
Compensation:
- $25-40 per approved video depending on quality and experience
- $1,000 bonus for any video that hits 1M+ views
- Ongoing referral revenue through our affiliate program (earn on every user you bring in)
- Top creators get promoted to higher tiers with better rates
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable and natural on camera
- Can speak clearly and deliver a hook in the first 2 seconds
- Reliable — can deliver 3-5 videos per week on a consistent schedule
- Interest in finance, trading, sports, or crypto is a plus but NOT required
- You do NOT need to be a trading expert — we'll train you on the product
