I'm hiring someone to help manage my business TikTok account focused on protecting what children watch and listen to. I will provide examples of the style, tone, and types of videos I want.
Responsibilities:
- Manage TikTok posting schedule (minimum 4 posts per week)
- Research content ideas, trends, and topics related to kids' media (movies, shows, music, apps, etc.)
- Post videos and write captions that match the brand voice
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments consistently
- Follow coaching/guidelines for how to reply to comments (I’ll train you on this)
What I'm looking for:
- Strong communication and good judgment
- Consistent, reliable, and proactive
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Comfortable discussing sensitive topics in a respectful, professional way
This is a long-term role for the right person, and it could last years if we're a good fit. Contract duration of more than 6 months with 40 hours per week.
