Hours: 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (25 hours per week)

Job Summary

We are a web design agency looking for a confident, clear-speaking person to make outbound cold calls to UK businesses.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Log in to our FreshSales CRM every day
  • Work through the list of leads provided
  • Unsubscribe any contacts that have no phone number
  • Call every contact that does have a phone number
  • Use exactly this script (no changes allowed): "Hello, my name is [Your First Name]. We are web designers working with very similar clients….. I wanted to send you an email showing you some of the businesses we work with and how we have helped them…… Would this be of interest? YES / NO. (Wait for answer – YES or NO)"
  • If they say YES → immediately send our pre-written email template from Fresh Sales
  • If they say NO → politely thank them and end the call
  • Keep accurate notes in FreshSales after every call

Performance Expectations

  • Make a minimum of 30 calls per hour
  • Complete at least 150 calls per day (5 hours)
  • Aim for a conversion rate of around 1 in 10 calls (i.e. 15 people per day saying "yes" and receiving the email)

Requirements

  • Excellent, clear UK English accent (easy to understand)
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
  • Your own computer and headset
  • Previous cold-calling or telesales experience is helpful but not required – we will train the right person
  • Must be comfortable hitting daily call targets
