Looking for an experienced tax preparer that can prepare and file a pro forma Form 1120 along with Form 5472 for my foreign-owned LLC. The LLC was formed in July of 2025, so this is the first time that these forms are being submitted.

Would also appreciate a review of my deductible expenses and your insights if anything appears to not be in compliance with IRS guidelines or if it appears that I have forgotten to include something that is usually an expense.
