Need a pair programmer cum mentor for my team.
Need sessions for 1 hour daily for 10 working days.
Need the person to be strong in React based web app development. The stack you'll guide us through is React 18 with extensive state handled in Zustand (some legacy Redux still shows up). On the styling side, we lean on plain CSS, Bootstrap and Sass, so practical tips on component-level styling, layout structuring and theming are essential. Experience with popular widget libraries is welcome.
The focus areas for these sessions are:
- For current task, need to use existing paid theme in React for some flows.
- Another task involves integrating one complicated React framework, which itself has toolbar, Zustand, drag and drop etc.
- React state management—especially Zustand or Redux, with contextual references to Redux where helpful.
- Clear, patient pair-programming and mentoring that builds confidence and autonomy in the team.
If the collaboration clicks, I'm happy to extend the arrangement beyond.
For screening, I will need a 15 mins technical discussion, please share technical details in your profile/proposal.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
