I'm looking for an architect, interior designer, or space planner to create one detailed floor plan layout for a multigenerational home. The layout includes grandparents' suites, kids' rooms, a hotel-style master suite with office, guest bedrooms, two kitchens, beverage stations, and specific orientation (N/S/E/W) requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Architect, interior designer, or experienced space planner
- Good understanding of family flow and functional design
- Ability to work with orientation/placement requirements
- Skilled at maximizing bedroom count and attached baths
What I Need From You:
- Edit the existing floor plan
- Create one complete layout option
- Include furniture layouts, room placement, traffic flow, and appliance locations
- Deliverables: PDF + source file (DWG preferred)
