First Principles Content is a social media marketing agency that helps business owners grow and sell on social media. We are looking for a skilled, hard-working, and detail-oriented virtual assistant to join the team for a recurring research role. You will specialize in social media research, focusing on finding viral short-form content on Instagram and TikTok. You understand how to spot trends, recognize the hook, value, and structure of a viral reel, and can accurately track engagement metrics. You'll help our clients across multiple niches stay ahead of social media trends.
Position Information:
- Remote Job
- Flexible Hours β Work whenever suits you best
- Part Time β Expect to work about 3 hours per research task each month, with potential for more
- Recurring Role β You'll perform this task on a monthly basis
- Pay β You Get A Fixed Price every 100 reels which take about 3 hours. So Depending How Many viral reels you list an Hour You Will Get Paid on Average - $8-$10/Hour plus $10-$20 bonuses for every 5-10 viral video that comes out of your research.
Responsibilities:
- A single task includes conducting monthly research to identify the top 100 viral reels on Instagram and TikTok in specific niches based on given keywords and client details
- Collecting and recording details such as:
- The hook (what makes the reel stand out)
- Number of likes, comments, and shares
- Filling out our pre-made template for each reel
Requirements:
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter β You know how to find viral content and track social media trends.
- Attention to Detail β You can accurately gather and record metrics.
- Good Understanding of Engagement Metrics β Likes, comments, shares, and why content goes viral.
- Reliable Communication β You respond quickly and meet deadlines every time.
- Tech-Savvy β You can navigate social media research tools (or are open to learning).
- Self-Motivated β You can work independently and deliver results on time.
