Broadway Bus is looking for a creative and strategic social media manager to elevate our online presence and engage with our audience across multiple platforms. We need someone who can consistently deliver high-quality content and drive meaningful engagement for our brand.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing social media for brands (preferably B2C or transportation/service industries)
- Strong content creation skills with an eye for design and compelling copy
- Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn best practices
- Ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Strategic mindset with creative execution abilities

Monthly Deliverables:
- Content Calendar: Submitted by the 25th of each month for the following month
- Published Posts: 15–18 posts per month across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Analytics Report: Monthly performance insights and recommendations
- Strategic Planning: Quarterly campaign concepts and growth strategies
