We are launching a men's grooming e-commerce brand and are looking for a long-term Social Media Manager to build and grow our online presence. This is NOT just a posting role. I need someone who will:
- Tell me exactly what content to record each week (clear reel ideas, hooks, angles)
- Plan a monthly content strategy
- Edit and optimize 2 reels per week (I will provide raw videos + product photos)
- Recommend and create supporting posts as needed
- Write captions, hashtags, and post across Instagram and Facebook
- Engage with comments and basic community interaction
- Focus on driving traffic and sales to our Shopify store
You will NOT need to film content. I will provide all raw footage and product assets. I need direction, structure, execution, and consistency.
Ideal candidate:
- Has worked with e-commerce brands (bonus if men's grooming, beauty, or lifestyle products)
- Understands conversion-focused content
- Can build brand consistency (color palette, tone, positioning)
- Thinks in terms of traffic and sales — not just likes
Please include:
- Brands you've managed
- Results you've achieved

- Your hourly rate and availability
This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. We are starting with a 30-day trial period at a lower initial rate. If KPIs are met (consistency, engagement growth, profile visits, traffic improvement), we will increase compensation and move into a long-term agreement.
