We're hiring a creative VA to produce social media graphics, short demo GIFs, and Loom-style walkthrough videos for IdeaLift β€” a B2B SaaS product that helps product teams capture decisions from Slack and Teams and turn them into ready-to-ship Jira tickets using AI. We have a detailed brand brief, messaging guide, color palette, fonts, logos, and a content queue already written. You won't be starting from scratch β€” you'll be executing against a clear creative direction.

What You'll Create

  • Static Graphics (LinkedIn + Twitter/X)
    • LinkedIn carousels (4-6 slides, data/stat-driven)
    • Quote and "hot take" text cards
    • Before/after workflow diagrams
    • Competitor comparison tables
    • Annotated product screenshots
    • Integration logo grids
    • Social proof / testimonial cards
  • Short-Form Video & GIFs (Twitter/X + LinkedIn)
    • Product demo GIFs (screen recordings with text overlay)
    • Loom-style walkthrough videos with captions
    • Meme-format graphics when appropriate

Volume

  • ~8-12 graphics per week across LinkedIn (3x/week) and Twitter (5x/week)
  • 2-4 demo GIFs or short videos per month
  • Ongoing, starting with a 1-month trial

What We Provide

  • Full brand brief with exact colors, fonts, logos, and tone of voice
  • Written post copy for every graphic (you design, we write)
  • Product screenshots and 34 integration logos (SVGs)
  • Demo workspace access for screen recordings
  • Feedback within 24 hours on drafts

Tools

Use whatever you’re most efficient with. We’re flexible on:

  • Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for static graphics
  • Loom, CleanShot, ScreenStudio, or similar for video/GIF capture
  • Kapwing, CapCut, or similar for captions and video editing

We ask that you deliver reusable templates (Canva or Figma) so we can swap copy into the same layouts for future posts.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience creating social media graphics for B2B SaaS or tech companies
  • Strong eye for clean, minimal, professional design (not flashy or busy)
  • Can work from a brand guide and maintain visual consistency across dozens of assets
  • Comfortable recording screen demos and adding text overlays / captions
  • Responsive and reliable β€” we post on a set schedule
  • Bonus: familiarity with LinkedIn and Twitter best practices (dimensions, formats, what performs)

Not Required

  • You do NOT need to write copy β€” we handle all messaging
  • You do NOT need to post or schedule β€” we handle publishing
  • You do NOT need to be a video editor β€” these are simple screen recordings with overlays, not produced videos

Budget

$15-25/hr depending on experience, or propose a per-deliverable rate if you prefer. Open to a flat monthly retainer after the trial period if we find a good fit.

To Apply

Please include in your proposal:

  • 2-3 examples of social media graphics you've created for B2B or SaaS companies (LinkedIn carousels, stat cards, product screenshots β€” whatever is closest to what we need)
  • 1 example of a short demo GIF or product video if you have one (not required but a plus)
  • Your preferred tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
  • Your availability (hours/week and timezone)

Short proposals are fine. We care more about your portfolio than your cover letter. Contract duration of 1 to 3 months, with 30 hours per week.

Mandatory skills: Graphic Design, Infographic, AI Image Generation, Canva, DALL-E, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Comparison Infographic, Informational Infographic, Instructional Infographic
