About Reformly
Reformly is a fast-growing Pilates brand founded in May 2025. In our first year, we hit $3M in sales and we've built a loyal customer base around our at-home Pilates products and our own app, currently with 2,000+ active subscriptions.
We're looking for a full-time Social Media + Affiliate Manager who can take ownership of our daily content output and grow our affiliate program through consistent outreach and onboarding. If you're also strong in Figma and can create/edit post designs yourself, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Own (Key Responsibilities)
- Affiliate Outreach & Onboarding (Primary)
- Find and recruit relevant creators/affiliates (TikTok/IG/YouTube)
- Outreach daily (DM/email) and manage follow-ups
- Onboard new affiliates (briefing, links, tracking, guidelines)
- Maintain affiliate relationships + keep them active and posting
- Track performance and report weekly (top affiliates, content, results)
- Social Media Strategy
- Build a simple monthly content plan aligned with brand goals
- Identify winning content formats and double down
- Coordinate content themes: transformations, consistency, low-impact fitness, motivation, app/community, etc.
- Social Media Posting & Management
- Schedule and post consistently across platforms
- Write captions that match our brand voice (supportive, motivating, real)
- Manage comments/DMs (light community management)
- Post Design & Editing in Figma
- Create and edit static posts, carousels, and simple story assets in Figma
- Repurpose UGC into clean, branded formats
- Maintain a consistent visual style and organize design files
Compensation
- Full-time
- $1,200 - $1,500/month
- Long-term role for the right person
