Looking for a senior SharePoint Online specialist to implement an enterprise intranet foundation using Microsoft 365 Business Premium (143 users). We already started initial setup and need a professional to complete the architecture, governance, and pilot departments.
Deliverables:
- Create Hub site architecture (Home intranet + departments)
- Build corporate Knowledge Base library with metadata, views, versioning, and approval
- Create 10 department sites:
- Configure permissions (role-based, no permission chaos)
- Set up core lists: HR Leave Requests, profile, benefits, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven SharePoint Online intranet projects (Hub sites + governance)
- Strong permissions/metadata/content type knowledge
- Ability to propose clean, scalable structure (no over-engineering)
