You will be given a JPG image. Your job is to redraw the image in Illustrator so all parts are clean vector elements. The final illustration should look the same as the JPG, with the same style, angle, scale, and level of detail. This is not a redesign or a new concept. All parts must be built as native Illustrator vectors. Image tracing is not acceptable. Every element should be editable and organized so it can be reused for print, digital, and motion work.
There will be small changes to the diagram. These changes are limited and will be reviewed after you see the JPG image and before final scope and pricing are agreed. The final file will be used in presentations, websites, and video. Clean layers, clear grouping, and a well-organized Illustrator file are important.
Deliverables include:
- One Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file with fully editable vector elements
- Clean and clearly named layers
- One final export (SVG or PNG)
- One round of revisions
This role requires strong experience with Adobe Illustrator, isometric diagrams, and technical or industrial illustrations. You should be comfortable redrawing JPG images into clean vector artwork. Experience with energy, mining, infrastructure, or system diagrams is a plus. Experience preparing files for animation is helpful.
We work with clear instructions and direct feedback. Shortlisted candidates will receive the JPG image and confirm scope before final pricing. Contract duration of less than 1 month, with 30 hours per week.
