We are seeking a highly confident, articulate, and technically strong SharePoint Solution Demonstration Specialist to deliver live enterprise-level demonstrations of Microsoft 365–based intranet solutions to public-sector clients. This role requires someone who can:

- Handle interruptions confidently
- Present complex Microsoft 365 architecture in a simple, structured way

1. SharePoint Online Architecture Expertise
Must confidently demonstrate:
- SharePoint Online Admin Center
- Site Collection Architecture
- Hub & Spoke Model
- Role-Based Access
- Governance Framework
- Entra ID (Azure AD) Integration
- SSO & MFA
- Conditional Access
- Compliance Controls
Experience with:
- Microsoft SharePoint

2. Modern Intranet Experience Demonstration
Must be able to demonstrate:

- Metadata-driven document management
- Enterprise search with filters
3. Automation & Integration Demonstration
Must confidently demo:
- Power Apps custom forms

- ERP / HRIS integration (mock or real API connection)
- Live embedded dashboards
Ability to explain:
- Secure REST API framework
- No system duplication
- Audit logs & traceability

Experience Requirements
5+ years hands-on SharePoint Online experience
3+ years client-facing demonstration experience
Experience presenting in Microsoft Teams
Experience demonstrating governance & security frameworks
Experience working in Microsoft 365 enterprise tenants
Public-sector experience preferred.
