Adyard is a performance-driven marketplace advertising agency specialized in PPC management on platforms such as bol. We work with ambitious brands and combine hands-on advertising management with internal software and automation to scale efficiently.
As we grow, operational complexity increases. We are therefore looking for a Senior Project Manager who will take ownership of our internal structure, execution flow, and operational clarity. This is not an assistant role. It is a senior position for someone who understands systems, accountability, and process design — and who wants real responsibility.
The Role
As Project Manager at Adyard, you are responsible for the operational backbone of the company. You ensure that meetings translate into structured execution, that tasks are clearly defined and assigned, and that deadlines are respected. You create clarity where ambiguity exists. You design workflows that scale. You identify inefficiencies and solve them.
You work directly with the founder and support the account managers and advertising team by making sure the operational side of the business runs smoothly and predictably. Your focus is simple: structure, ownership, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- You will take full ownership of ClickUp as our central project management system. This means not just managing tasks, but designing how work flows through the organization. You will structure workflows, define task standards, improve visibility, and ensure accountability across teams.
- After client or internal meetings, you will review notes and transcripts, extract action points, create structured tasks, assign them to the appropriate team members, and monitor follow-up. Nothing should remain vague or unassigned.
- You will continuously analyze our internal processes and identify bottlenecks. Where workflows are inefficient, you redesign them. Where recurring tasks are unclear, you standardize them. Where manual work can be reduced, you introduce automation.
- Automation experience is a strong advantage. We work with tools such as ClickUp automations, Zapier, and n8n. You will help improve how our systems communicate with each other and reduce operational friction wherever possible.
- You are also responsible for monitoring internal SLAs, especially around client communication. You ensure response times are respected and that escalation processes are followed correctly. Problems should be identified early — not when they become urgent.
- Most importantly, you support the account managers by removing operational noise. They focus on client communication and strategy. You ensure the execution behind it is structured, monitored, and predictable.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with at least 5–10 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably within an agency or performance marketing environment. You have experience working with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar systems, and you understand how to design workflows rather than simply manage tasks. Experience with automation tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make is a strong advantage.
You are structured, proactive, and calm under pressure. You take ownership naturally and do not wait to be told what to fix. You are comfortable challenging inefficiencies and introducing better systems. You communicate clearly and professionally in English.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first three months, ClickUp is structured, scalable, and transparent. Meeting-to-task flows are standardized. Internal SLAs are measurable and monitored. Account managers operate with clarity. The founder is no longer involved in daily operational follow-up. In short, the company runs more predictably because you built the structure behind it.
How to Apply
Please send your CV along with a short explanation of a system or process you built or significantly improved. Include your experience with project management tools and automation platforms, your availability, and your expected compensation. Applications without detailed answers will not be reviewed.
Contract duration of more than 6 months, with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Project Management, Project Scheduling, Digital Project Management, Team Management, Task Creation, Report Writing, ClickUp.
