Are you a seasoned Immigration Paralegal who can spot the right visa pathway a mile away? We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Immigration Case Strategist to join our team part-time. In this role, you won't be doing heavy drafting; instead, you will be the bridge between our sales team and our attorneys. Your mission is to review client intake data, assess eligibility, and propose a sound legal strategy for final attorney approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intake Review: Evaluate potential client data within HubSpot to determine case viability.
- Strategy Formulation: Identify the best immigration pathways (Family-based, Humanitarian, etc.) and draft a proposed strategy for attorney review.
- Sales Collaboration: Act as the technical point of contact for our sales team via Microsoft Teams to ensure they have the legal context needed to close cases.
- Efficiency: Maintain a fast turnaround to keep the intake pipeline moving.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Hours: Part-time, 4 hours per day.
- Days: Monday through Saturday.
- Rate: $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
- Setting: 100% Remote.
Requirements:
- Extensive US Immigration Experience: You must have a deep understanding of USCIS/DOS processes.
- Analytical Mindset: You can look at a complex fact pattern and identify the legal hurdles and opportunities immediately.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable working within HubSpot and Microsoft Teams.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex legal concepts simply to a sales team.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months with 30 hours per week.
