We are building a private payment infrastructure company serving established online operators and brands operating in complex or underserved categories. We are looking for a senior growth operator to design and lead our paid acquisition system from strategy through execution. This is NOT a media buyer role and NOT a traditional agency engagement. We are hiring one experienced operator who can architect a high-quality B2B lead engine, not just generate traffic or cheap leads.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Designing our full acquisition strategy (positioning, funnel structure, qualification flow)
- Creating and iterating paid acquisition systems across Meta, Google, and alternative channels where appropriate
- Building funnels designed for trust, screening, and lead quality, not volume
- Defining messaging that attracts serious operators while filtering low-intent applicants
- Working directly with founders to refine offer positioning and market entry angles
- Managing or directing specialists (media buyers, designers, copywriters) when needed
- Establishing KPIs focused on approved, qualified merchants, not vanity metrics
Important Context
Our buyers are sophisticated B2B operators, not consumers. Success requires understanding:

- quality filtering before sales calls
If your experience is primarily ecommerce ROAS scaling or info-product funnels, this role will likely not be a fit.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years running paid acquisition or growth strategy
- Experience designing funnels end-to-end (not just running ads)
- Strong understanding of lead qualification systems
- Ability to think strategically, not just execute tactically
- Comfortable operating as a fractional Head of Growth
- Experience with B2B or high-consideration offers preferred

- Fintech, SaaS, infrastructure, or regulated industry experience
