We are looking for a Senior Digital Producer / Digital Project Lead to act as an operational extension of a design-led digital studio. This role is ideal for someone who understands how design, UX, UI, motion, video, and development projects move — but does not need to execute hands-on work. Your role is orchestration, clarity, and delegation. You will be responsible for stepping in when needed and ensuring projects continue moving smoothly without disruption.
About the Environment
- UX / UI design projects (Figma-based)
- Web design & development (WordPress, modern stacks)
- Motion graphics & video production
- Product design initiatives
- Small agile teams (Slack-based communication)
We value structure, momentum, and high-quality output.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Monitoring Slack channels and identifying priority items
- Delegating tasks to designers, developers, and motion artists
- Keeping timelines and deliverables organized
- Following up with team members to ensure accountability
- Communicating clearly with internal stakeholders
- Maintaining clarity across multiple concurrent projects
- Translating high-level direction into actionable next steps
This is not a hands-on design or development role. This is leadership, coordination, and execution management.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience as a Digital Producer, Senior PM, or similar
- Experience in design-led environments (UX/UI familiarity required)
- Comfortable inside Figma (understanding components, flows, prototypes — not designing)
- Experience managing motion/video projects
- Strong written communication
- Extremely organized
- Calm under pressure
- Able to make judgment calls without constant supervision
- Fluent in Slack-style, async communication environments
Bonus:
- Agency background
- Experience managing distributed teams
- Experience supporting a founder/creative director
The Ideal Personality
You:
- Think in systems.
- Don’t panic when things get messy.
- Know how to extract clarity from chaos.
- Can protect leadership’s focus.
- Can step in when someone is unavailable and keep operations stable.
You are proactive, not reactive.
Structure
- Ongoing engagement
- Part-time to start (10–20 hrs/week)
- Potential to grow
- Must overlap at least 3–4 hours with US time zones
To Apply
Please include:
- A short description of the most complex digital environment you’ve managed.
- Tools you’ve used (Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Notion, etc.)
- Your approach when stepping into a project mid-stream.
- A Loom (optional but strongly encouraged) introducing yourself.
Contract duration of more than 6 months, with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Web Design, Web Development, Graphic Design, Project Management, Product Management
