We require a full IFC-level architectural and landscape construction package for a modern villa facade and boundary wall in Saudi Arabia. This is a detailed execution project, not a rendering-only service.
The deliverables must include:
- Detailed facade elevations and sections
- Stone/cladding fixing details
- Window & door schedules
- Material specifications
- Facade lighting layout
- Landscape masterplan
- Hardscape detailed drawings
- Irrigation layout
- Landscape lighting layout
- Boundary wall & gate detailed drawings
- Expansion joints & waterproofing details
- Approximate BOQ
The contractor must be able to execute directly from the drawings without requesting additional clarification. The design must consider GCC hot-climate conditions, including:
- Heat reduction strategies
- Shading & facade depth
- High-temperature material performance
- Dust-resistant detailing
- Thermal insulation considerations
Applicants must attach a full IFC drawing set (PDF) from a previous residential project in a hot-climate region. Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
