We are seeking a senior, French-speaking AI Consultant to support a global operations team in identifying and adopting high-value AI use cases across manufacturing and supply chain environments. This is a part-time, multi-month advisory engagement with the potential to extend. The role combines operational discovery, strategic framing, executive engagement, and hands-on workshop facilitation.
We are looking for a consultant with strong manufacturing domain expertise and the ability to engage credibly with senior operational and HR stakeholders.
Scope of Work- AI Discovery & Use-Case Identification
- Collaborate with global operations teams to identify high-impact AI use cases across manufacturing and supply chain workflows
- Assess operational realities, constraints, and data maturity
- Translate AI opportunities into practical, business-relevant initiatives
- Manufacturing & Supply Chain Advisory
- Provide expert advisory input across sourcing, production, and after-sales operations
- Apply domain knowledge from manufacturing-intensive environments
- Experience in luxury, fashion, jewellery, watchmaking, or beauty is highly preferred
- Strategy Development & Value Framing
- Connect AI initiatives to measurable operational and business outcomes
- Support prioritisation based on feasibility and organisational readiness
- Present clear narratives to executive stakeholders
- Workshops & Enablement
- Design and facilitate interactive working sessions
- Coach operational leaders on applying AI within their roles
- Build momentum and alignment around AI adoption
- Essential:
- 10+ years of consulting or transformation experience within manufacturing and/or global operations
- Demonstrated experience advising organisations on AI or advanced digital use cases
- Fluent French (required) and professional English
- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Highly Preferred:
- Experience in luxury or high-quality production environments
- Exposure to AI use cases across sourcing, manufacturing, or after-sales
- Experience working across multi-country operations
- Freelance advisory engagement
- Several hours per month initially, increasing over time
- UK / EU / GCC-based consultants preferred
- Contract duration of more than 6 months, with 40 hours per week.
