We're hiring a developer to build an AI-powered lead follow-up system that automatically engages, qualifies, and books appointments via SMS/email.
What You'll Build:
- AI agent that responds to inbound leads within 60 seconds
- Natural conversational follow-up sequences (SMS + email)
- Lead qualification logic and calendar booking
- GoHighLevel + CRM integrations
Requirements:
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI/Claude API)
- SMS/email automation (Twilio, SendGrid, or similar)
- GoHighLevel API or similar CRM integration
- Python
- Can ship fast and iterate
- Voice AI (Vapi, Bland, ElevenLabs)
- Real estate or lead gen industry experience
- Prior conversational AI agent builds
