We are a fast-growing marketing agency in the automotive space looking for a Sales Professional/High-Ticket closer who will lead the company forward by bringing new clients - totally remote work. With this position, you will join our team to take sales calls booked on your calendar, close deals, establish relationships with new clients and move the company forward with potential raise to top sales executive-level positions.

Experience in digital marketing is REQUIRED. If you don't have experience, please tell me WHY you will be a good fit.

A typical day / main responsibilities:

  • Take scheduled calls that are booked on your calendar (Inbound Calls)
  • Follow up & set appointments with leads that didn't book an appointment
  • Run sales calls & close deals
  • Communicate with team about potential / new clients & set performance goals/expectations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be fluent in English (no accent is ideal)
  • Must have previous sales experience in software/tech/agency like service sales
  • Must be Driven & Hungry to close deals
  • If you're from Canada is a huge bonus
  • If you have FB Ads/marketing manager experience, and speak Spanish or Arabic you get bonus points

This role is basically meant to do two main things, close deals & get clients results. The actual daily responsibilities and workflow may change, and most likely will develop over time.

Our team is 8 people, but everyone we hire is a hard worker and brings rockstar type results to the table. If these expectations are not met then this won't be a good fit.

BENEFITS

  • Flexible schedule, work when you want and how you want, as long as responsibilities/expectations are met, as long as work is done on time and properly, and as long as clients are happy and getting results (or at least that it is being handled properly, since we understand some things will be out of yours and our control)
  • Base $1,500/mo + commissions per each closed deal, if you're good at agency service sales you should be able to take home $4,000-8,000/mo as part time job.
  • Yearly team travel trips Last year we were in Colombia. Next year is Thailand

This is not a "9-to-5" kind of career - this is a "do-whatever-it-takes" kind of service opportunity for someone highly passionate, driven, goal-oriented who enjoys personal growth and being a part of a growing, caring, entrepreneurial team.

Contract duration of more than 6 months, with 40 hours per week.
