We need an experienced Funnel Architect / Conversion Systems Builder to audit what we have and design a high-performance booking-to-show-up system. This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically and builds systems.
Current Environment:
- 2 full-time sales reps (telemarketing + email outreach)
- Cold outreach via Loom/Spark + SMS + phone
- Google Sheet-based lead tracking
- CRM: GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Calendly for booking
- Founder-led sales calls
- Video content available
We are booking meetings β but vendors are not showing. We need structure, automation, and psychological sequencing.
What We Need Built:

Compensation:
