I'm hiring an experienced Roblox developer to build an MVP PvP arena framework for a competitive game. I'm not sharing full game details publicly; shortlisted candidates will receive a full spec after an NDA.
Scope (high level):
- Server-authoritative combat framework (anti-exploit)
- Ability/cooldown system (modular)
- Block/parry support
- Match flow: lobby → match → results → requeue
- Global matchmaking queue (cross-server) that fills arena instances (up to ~15 players)
- Rank/leaderboard basics (simple ELO-style)
- Data saving for rank + unlock/progress
- Clean UI hooks (I can handle UI polish if needed)
Requirements:
- Strong Roblox Lua + RemoteEvent security patterns
- Experience with MemoryStoreService + TeleportService matchmaking
- Clean modular code, optimized performance
- Milestone-based delivery and clear communication
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
