We're looking for a talented Roblox 3D Artist + Integration Specialist to help us create, optimize, and prepare assets for the Roblox Marketplace. This is a long-term role with 1,000+ custom designs planned.
About the Role
You will work with our studio to produce clean, optimized, and Marketplace-ready assets. We have already built a strong workflow—now we are expanding our team with reliable artists who can consistently deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Create clothing, accessories, and stylized 3D assets
- Texture efficiently, including baked details
- Optimize models to meet Roblox standards:
- ≤ 1,200 vertices
- ≤ 4,000 triangles
Requirements
- Proven experience with Roblox asset creation
- Strong understanding of layered clothing + optimization
- Ability to produce clean low-poly models
- Skilled in Blender, ZBrush, Substance, etc.
- Ability to follow style guides and long-term workflows
- Portfolio with Roblox-specific work is required
Compensation
- $35 per asset
