I am the founder of an early-stage SaaS platform. I work full-time (often long hours and travel) and need a disciplined, independent operator to act as my right-hand partner. This role combines:
- Revenue operations
- Freelancer management
- Execution discipline
- Light executive support
The goal over the next 90 days is to install weekly structure, tighten freelancer accountability, align all tasks to revenue goals, and significantly reduce founder cognitive load. This is not a pure strategist role and not a basic virtual assistant role. I need someone who can think independently, enforce discipline, and challenge priorities when necessary.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review freelancer timesheets weekly
- Audit deliverables and ensure quality standards
- Hold freelancers accountable to deadlines and scope

- Identify onboarding friction and bottlenecks

Light Executive Support
- Manage calendar coordination when needed
- Draft or send structured follow-ups
