We would like to request the design and Gerber file for an RF PCB with a routed cavity and planar loop structure. Key specifications are summarized below.

  • Board:
  • Overall PCB size: approximately 2.0 in × 2.0 in
  • Layer count: 2-layer or 4-layer (please advise preferred stackup for RF)
  • Intended operation: GHz-range RF
  • Controlled-impedance RF feed (CPWG or equivalent)
  • Routed cavity / pocket:
  • Purpose: seating a 7 mm × 7 mm silicon/silicon-oxide frame
  • Frame thickness: ~275 µm (±25 µm)
  • Cavity type: depth-controlled routed pocket
  • Top-layer single-turn planar loop:
    • Loop inner opening: approximately 8 mm, rounded-square geometry
    • Provision for on-board impedance matching network
    • Ground plane and via fencing as required for RF performance
