I run a high-ticket online education business doing around $1M/month through paid ads and a sales team. We're strong on revenue. Now we're optimizing for margin and precision. I'm looking for someone who actually understands how money flows inside a performance-driven online business. Not just someone who can build dashboards. You need to understand this flow: Ad spend → leads → booked calls → shows → close rate → cash collected → backend → profit. If that chain doesn't make sense to you, this role isn't for you. Your job is to give me clarity. Daily.

You'll be responsible for tracking:

  • Profit per show
  • CAC trends
  • PIF %
  • Cash per sale
  • Backend take rate
  • Margin shifts
  • Refund and payment failure signals

I don't want vanity metrics. I want signal. You should be able to look at the numbers and tell me: "This is trending down." "This is leaking margin." "This is what changed." "This is the likely cause." You'll work closely with Ops, Marketing, and Sales leadership. This role protects profit.

What I care about:

  • You've worked inside an online business before
  • You understand high-ticket call funnels
  • You're strong in Excel / Google Sheets
  • You think in unit economics
  • You're proactive, not reactive
  • You're comfortable working with $500k–$1M+ monthly data

Overseas candidates are fine if you're sharp and reliable.

What success looks like:

  • Clean dashboard live within 2–3 weeks
  • No data gaps
  • Weekly executive insights
  • Early detection of performance shifts
  • Clear contribution to margin improvement

When you apply, include:

  • Online businesses you've worked with (and revenue size)
  • What KPIs you tracked in those roles
  • A dashboard example if you have one
  • How you calculate profit per show
  • Why you think you're a good fit for this type of business

Looking to move fast.

Contract duration of more than 6 months with 40 hours per week.

Mandatory skills: Data Analysis, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Revenue Management, Dashboard Development, Financial Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Financial Modeling.
