We are seeking an experienced freelancer to build a Retell AI chatbot and outbound conversational agent integrated with GoHighLevel. This system should automate lead generation, appointment setting, and follow-ups, while syncing seamlessly with CRM pipelines. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in AI development, workflow automation, and chatbot systems. You will design scalable AI agents that improve conversions and streamline business communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Retell AI chatbots for inbound and outbound communication
- Develop outbound conversational agents for lead capture and follow-ups
- Integrate with GoHighLevel and other CRM workflows
- Automate lead generation, appointment scheduling, and nurturing
- Design conversational flows using LLM prompt engineering
- Connect AI systems with APIs, Twilio, ElevenLabs, and other tools
- Optimize automation workflows and sales funnels
Deliverables:
- Fully functional Retell AI chatbot and outbound agent
- Integrated GoHighLevel automation workflows
- Lead capture, qualification, and appointment scheduling automation
- Documentation and handover
