I'm looking for a detail oriented VA with experience in B2B lead research (ideally diagnostic/biotech/medtech) to build a list of emerging oncology diagnostics companies and key contacts.
Goal: Create a spreadsheet of VC backed or early stage companies (ie. Harbinger) (blood based oncology diagnostics, MCED, MRD, early detection) plus 3–5 decision makers per company that we can contact about biospecimen services (matched tissue + blood, liquid biopsy cohorts).
Your tasks:
- Find companies (Harbinger like):
- Use sources like:
- "Diagnostics companies to know" lists.
- "Top cancer diagnostics companies" directories.
- (terms like "multi cancer early detection", "blood based cancer screening", "MCED").
- Develop blood based / liquid biopsy oncology diagnostics (MCED, MRD, early detection).
- Are emerging or scaling (not just Roche, Pfizer, etc.).
- Use LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred) to find 3–5 people per company whose titles contain:
- "Translational", "Biomarker", "Precision Medicine", "Early Detection", "Oncology R&D", or "Clinical Development".
- Seniority: Director, VP, Head, Chief.
- Use tools like / / Apollo to identify and verify work emails.
- Fill in Verified_Email only when confidence is high.
Deliverable format (must use my template):
- One CSV / Excel file with columns:
- Company
- Website
- Headquarters
- Category (e.g., Diagnostics MCED, Diagnostics MRD)
- Primary_Focus (1 short line)
- Oncology_Use_Cases (1 short line)
- Contact_Name
- Job_Title
- Verified_Email
- LinkedIn_URL
Contract duration: 1 to 3 months.
