I have a 4K stock video background (defocused bokeh light - attached) and need a highly restrained, professional adjustment so it works cleanly behind testimonial text. This is NOT a stylized edit. It is a subtle refinement task.

Apply a Gaussian background blur. Please create three versions:- 33% blur
- 50% blur
- 66% blur
- Timing Versions
For each blur intensity, export:- Version A: Original timing (10 seconds)
- Version B: Slight slow‑down to 12 seconds (smooth, no stutter)
- Vignette
