We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Recruiter or Hiring Coordinator to support our hiring process. This role will focus primarily on organizing candidates, tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and keeping the recruitment workflow moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and track applicants in a structured system (ATS & spreadsheet).
- Maintain clear candidate status updates; Weekly
- Coordinate interviews (First response to connect)
- Follow up with candidates professionally and timely
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience managing applicant pipelines
- Comfortable working independently and proactively
- Clear written communication skills
- Experience with recruiting.
