I'm a Bay Area real estate professional (11+ years in the business), and I'm looking for a UI/UX designer to help me revamp and elevate my website experience. In addition to making the site look better and cleaner, I'd like the website to also drive trust, clarity, and conversion. My business is relationship-driven, community-focused, and data-informed, and the site should reflect those values.

What I'm Looking For...

  • A cleaner, more elevated visual identity
  • Stronger user flow (buyers vs sellers vs investors)
  • Better storytelling about who I am and how I work
  • Modern, high-end design that feels premium but approachable
  • Mobile experience that actually feels intentional
  • Clear CTAs that don't feel pushy

Helpful if you have already built...

  • Real estate websites
  • Personal brand sites
  • Service-based businesses
  • Luxury / lifestyle brands

What Would be a Great Fit

  • You think strategically, not just visually
  • You can explain why you're making design decisions
  • You care about user journey and emotional tone
  • You're comfortable leading the process (I value strong opinions backed by reasoning)
  • You can simplify complexity

Tools I'm open to: Figma preferred. Site is currently WordPress-based.

Scope of Work

  • UX audit of current site
  • Sitemap + user flow restructuring
  • Wireframes
  • High-fidelity homepage + core pages
  • Design system / visual direction
  • Developer-ready files

This could start as a project and potentially turn into ongoing collaboration.

More About My Business

I operate as a one-person real estate team in Silicon Valley, and I'm ready to grow it to a larger team. My clients range from first-time buyers to luxury sellers and investors. I'm deeply local, very relationship-based, and extremely detail-oriented. I will be launching more marketing campaigns in Spring to drive traffic, and I'd like the website to be an effective landing page where they can get to know me better before they reach out.

Contract duration of less than 1 month, with 30 hours per week.

Mandatory skills: Mobile App, UI/UX Prototyping, Figma, UX & UI, Design & Usability Research, Website, Graphic Design, Material Design, WordPress, UX Wireframe, Branding, Logo Design, Webflow, Mobile App Design, Responsive Design.
