We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our Dubai-based real estate operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the property market. You will handle administrative tasks to streamline client interactions, listings management, and lead generation in the dynamic Dubai real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and Manage Listings: upload property listings on platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, photos, and details to attract potential buyers or renters.
- Research Client Requirements: Search and identify suitable property listings based on client preferences, such as location, budget, size, and amenities in Dubai's real estate market.
- Client Communication: Send professional WhatsApp and email messages to clients, leads to share property details, schedule viewings, or follow up on inquiries.
- Lead Generation Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients and property owners to acquire new listings, building relationships and expanding our inventory.
- Client Journey Tracking: Monitor and update client progress through CRM systems, tracking interactions from initial inquiry to deal closure.
- Documentation Support: Prepare and provide necessary documentation to developers, agents, or clients as required, ensuring compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English; must be fluent and professional in all communications.
- Proven ability to maintain a professional demeanor in client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and tools (e.g., CRM software, listing platforms like Property Finder or Bayut) is a plus.
- Access to reliable internet, phone, and computer for remote work.
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate admin, customer service, or sales support is required.
- Availability during Dubai business hours (GST timezone).
