Build a single consolidated Excel dataset with 1 row per corregimiento – total of 699 (official IGNTG DPA 2025, updated to 2024 dataset) and append key 2023 Census attributes to support local telco segmentation.

Overview of steps and output:

  • Step 1: Pull the DPA corregimiento data set and have this become the master file. Keep official codes/names (province, district, corregimiento), and ensure 699 rows (IGN Panamá).
  • Step 2: Pull the 3 INEC Census 2023 layers above and export attributes (no need to keep their geometry).
  • Step 3: Join everything onto the DPA master using a stable key. Key can be the official corregimiento code fields since they are consistent across the 699 rows and the census.
  • Step 4: Append fields from the census as columns based on the provided list.
  • Step 5: QA and documentation. Produce a join coverage summary (matched/unmatched by source) and list the unmatched corregimientos.

Output format: Deliver a single Excel workbook:

  • Tab 1: master → 1 row per corregimiento, DPA codes/names + appended census/IPM fields.
  • Tab 2: qa → row counts, duplicates, join match rates, unmatched list.

Contract duration of less than 1 month.

Mandatory skills: Microsoft Excel, Data Processing.
