The predicted salary is between 10 - 15 £ per hour.

I am looking for a freelancer to research ~200 residential and commercial properties located in the United States. The freelancer must be familiar with title research websites (I will provide my account for you to use and will show you how to use it) and Google Sheets. The freelancer must be comfortable using Google Image Search as well.

The deliverable: in a Google Sheet, I want a list of ALL of the grantors, grantees, borrowers, and lenders for each of the properties over the last 15 years. We will have a Zoom screenshare meeting after you are hired to review what information needs to get pulled and added into the Google Sheet. You must be comfortable with communicating in English and using Zoom screenshare.

Contract duration of less than 1 month, with 30 hours per week.
