I need a CAD professional to create 3D files for a 40mm round watch base case. This is a straightforward mechanical design – I have all the specifications ready.
Key Specifications:
- Case diameter: 40mm exactly
- Case thickness: 10-11mm total (slim profile)
- Lug width: 20mm straight (universal band compatibility)
- Lug-to-lug: 47-48mm
- Lug holes: Standard 1.2mm, centered
CRITICAL: Threaded Top
- External threads on upper case (for screw-on cover)
- Fine pitch: 0.5mm
- Thread length: 3-4mm (must remain for secure attachment)
- Flat shoulder/seat below threads
- Crystal must sit below thread start
- Crystal: Flat sapphire
- Below thread start Standard thickness (~1.0-1.2mm)
