Do you have an eagle-eye and a knack for making documents look clean and polished? We are looking for a professional proofreader and editor to take our 35 page word document to the finish line. The content is there - we now just need to focus on form. The overall goal is to make the document look professional and presentable to our clients. This is a fairly straightforward "cleanup" assignment.
The scope of the work here includes:
- Proofreading document for consistency in fonts, sizing, spacing, and formatting of information
- Creating a table of contents that automatically updates
- Ensuring clean breaks in the document between sections and listings
- Any other tweaks that you think are necessary to achieve a nice, finished result.
We'll have a brief kickoff call to walk you through the document, and then do a final review whenever it's ready. We estimate this will require approximately 5 hours of work. Contract duration of less than 1 month.
