We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand looking for a Performance Video Editor who understands how to create ads that convert — not just videos that look nice.
IMPORTANT: If you have edited ads that are currently running on Meta, start your application with the word ROAS so we know you actually read this.
Who this is for:
- Someone who understands:
- Hooks
- Scroll-stopping intros
- Fast pacing
- Native-looking ads
- Direct response principles
This is NOT a role for cinematic editors or brand-film creators. We care about performance.
What you’ll be editing:
Short-form ads (10–20 seconds) for Meta. Our product is highly visual, giftable, and design-focused — so the ability to make products feel desirable quickly is critical. Most footage will be provided. Your job is to turn it into ads people actually stop and watch.
MUST HAVE: Please send 3 ads you edited that actually ran as paid ads. Not a showreel. Not a montage. Real ads. Bonus if they are for DTC / ecommerce brands.
Paid Test: We will start with a paid test project ($30–$50). If it’s a strong fit, we are looking for a long-term relationship with consistent weekly work.
What we value most: We want editors who can produce consistently — not disappear for a week crafting a masterpiece.
To confirm you read everything: Answer this in your application: What makes a good hook in the first 2 seconds of a Meta ad? (There is no single correct answer — we want to see how you think.)
Opportunity: We are building a creative pipeline and expect ongoing work for the right editor. If you understand performance marketing and want to grow with a serious ecommerce brand — this can become a long-term partnership. Contract duration of more than 6 months.
