We are seeking an experienced Passive Candidate Sourcing & Indeed Recruitment Specialist with strong hands-on experience sourcing directly through Indeed and managing multiple concurrent hiring projects. This role is fully focused on passive sourcing. You will proactively identify, engage, and nurture skilled trades professionals who are not actively applying. The primary platform will be Indeed Resume Search, supported by LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or LinkedIn Recruiter, along with email and SMS outreach. Experience sourcing within mining, construction, and skilled trades across Canada is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates primarily through Indeed Resume Search.
  • Manage multiple sourcing projects and job orders simultaneously.
  • Conduct advanced Boolean searches and talent mapping.
  • Send outreach and follow-ups through Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines by trade and region.
  • Track engagement and document candidate communication.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to prioritize roles.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience sourcing directly through Indeed.
  • Experience managing multiple open roles inside Indeed at the same time.
  • Required experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong Boolean search skills.
  • Experience with passive outreach and follow-up engagement.
  • Experience working with North American clients.
  • Available during PST business hours.
  • Strong written and spoken English.

  • Email and SMS outreach tools.
  • Social media platforms.
  • Scheduling tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Calendly).
