UNINSPIRED is a mental health streetwear brand launching now. We need a media buyer who knows how to take a brand from first conversion to consistent sales. This is not a mature account with years of data. This is day-one scaling. If that excites you, keep reading.

What We Need

  • Structure our campaigns properly - We need the right testing framework (ABO vs CBO, ad set structure, audience segmentation).
  • Build creative variations - Take our winning static and develop 5-10 variations to test (different hooks, copy angles, formats). We have assets; we need strategy.
  • Set up proper audience testing - Interest-based targeting for cold traffic, retargeting setup, lookalike preparation for when we have enough data.
  • Guide us through the learning phase - We have 1 sale. We need 50+ conversions to exit learning. Help us get there efficiently.
  • Know when to pivot - Should we stay on Sales objective? Test Add-to-Cart? Run engagement to warm audiences? We need someone who's done this before.

You Should Apply If

  • You've scaled DTC brands from $0 to $5K+/month in ad spend.
  • You understand cold pixel challenges and how to overcome them.
