We operate an online business focused on premium wellness and research-related products. We are looking for a reliable, experienced paid advertising specialist or small agency to manage and scale advertising across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. Advertising is critical to our daily operations. Running without ads directly impacts growth, so this is a time-sensitive and ongoing role, not a one-off setup.
What We're Looking For
We need someone who can plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns with a strong focus on performance, compliance, and stability. You should be confident working across:
- Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta)
- TikTok Ads
- Google Ads (Search / Display if relevant)
This role is best suited for someone who:
- Understands performance marketing, not just ad setup
- Can optimize for ROAS, conversions, and account health
- Knows how to structure campaigns properly, test creatives, and scale what works
Scope of Work
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing our website and products
- Creating or refining ad strategy per platform
- Setting up and managing ad accounts and campaigns
- Ongoing optimization (budget, creatives, audiences, bidding)
- Monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions
- Clear communication and reporting
This is ongoing work, not a one-time task.
Experience Required

- Proven experience running paid ads on at least 2 of the following: Meta, TikTok, Google
- A track record of real results (ROAS, scaling, stability)
- Experience handling policy-sensitive or regulated products (this is important)
- Strong communication and transparency
