We are looking for an experienced paid ads and SEM manager who knows how to drive leads for home service providers in the U.S. β HVAC, roofing, plumbing, landscapers, electricians, and similar trades. This starts as a paid build-out project, with the opportunity to move into an ongoing management retainer based on results. You will collaborate with our internal creative and operations teams, but take full ownership of ad performance, optimization, and accurate attribution via GoHighLevel (GHL).
What You Will Do:
- Build and launch Google PPC and Meta Ads campaigns for a single home service client (trial account).
- Implement tracking and attribution within GoHighLevel (GHL) β pipelines, forms, call tracking, and reporting.
- Oversee and optimize Search Engine Marketing components:
- Google Map Pack ranking strategies
- Local Services Ads (LSA) management and optimization
- Local SEO with AIO (AI-assisted optimization) insights and reporting
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has verifiable experience driving B2C leads for U.S.-based home service businesses.
- Knows local market ad strategy β how to make phone-driven leads happen in competitive service areas.
- Has hands-on experience with Google and Meta, and preferably SEO + Local Services Ads.
- Can connect ad data and lead tracking into GoHighLevel or other CRMs cleanly and confidently.
- Communicates clearly, acts fast, and solves problems with a data-driven approach.
- Can scale to manage multiple GHL instances or client accounts as we grow.
Terms:
- Fixed price for the initial build-out project.
- Option to transition into a monthly retainer for ongoing optimization and management.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience with automation between Google Ads, Meta, GHL, and reporting tools.
- Can demonstrate impact on lead flow, cost per lead, and conversion metrics with previous campaigns.
- Understand AI-driven optimization tools to improve SEM performance.
