We are excited to begin seeking a proactive Operations & Systems Administrative Lead to streamline our business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing workflows, managing systems, and improving efficiency across various functions. You will collaborate with teams, company officers, and clientele to implement best practices and support organizational goals. Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach are essential for this role.
Required skills set includes:
- Comfortable and friendly phone interactions with customers/sales people about available inventory
- Invoicing
- Accounts Receivables: Following up and reminding customers for late/approaching due payments
- Project coordination
- SOP enforcement
- Document storage
- Client retention and follow up from samples/headers
- SharePoint hygiene
If you have a passion for operations and a track record for being organized with successful project coordination, we would love to hear from you. Hours to work at least 4 days a week from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm PST. Reliable level of internet, electricity, and antivirus is required. PC/memory level must have swift computing power.
